Inspiring growth, strengthening communities and empowering you to excel through sport

We are Adrienne (on the left) and Victoria (on the right).
We believe in the power of sport and physical activity to transform lives and build stronger communities.
Our passion lies in creating meaningful opportunities that empower individuals and their communities to reach their full potential. With a strong background in learning and development, we specialise in designing impactful, tailored experiences that truly make a difference.
We’ve had the privilege of working with individuals at all levels of sport and physical activity, from grassroots participation to elite performance. Whether hiking in the hills with Alfie (the best boy) or sharing stories at a market stall, we cherish opportunities to connect with others and celebrate community.

Adrienne achieved a MSc Medicine and Science in Sport and Exercise in 2008. Adrienne has a lifelong passion for sports and leadership. She played basketball at international level and has coached across a spectrum of settings, from grassroots to national teams. For 15 years, Adrienne brought her expertise and vision to a sports club as Chairperson, fostering growth and community engagement. Her adventurous spirit took her on a year-long journey around the world, where she even named her campervan after a beloved Australian soap star. In 2024, Adrienne’s talents extended to the culinary world, earning two Great Taste Awards—one for her signature chilli jam and another for her delectable mini cheddar oatcakes.
Victoria achieved a M.Phil in 2006. Victorias connection to sport runs deep, having grown up immersed in the rich traditions of shinty, a sport with a proud heritage in her family. Professionally, she served as Head of Education with a Scottish Governing Body of Sport, shaping programmes and initiatives that made a meaningful impact. Victoria was a charity trustee for a sports club for 14 years. The research that she completed in 2006 was presented at prestigious conferences in Beijing, Michigan, and across the UK. During lockdown, she pursued another passion—training to become a qualified dog trainer.
