Victoria Clark, Founder
Curious about people, learning and adventures, Victoria is passionate about working with people and communities, enabling them to get the best out of themselves and others.
She is an experienced learning and development consultant working primarily within the sport and physical activity community, the third sector and public bodies. Victoria enjoys travelling throughout Scotland whilst working with and learning from a variety of people and organisations
As co-founder of the Share Community, a collective whom commit to the development of themselves and others she enjoys continuously learning and exploring new areas of research.
Victoria has a varied background in sport, previously a swimming teacher, always a shinty follower and until recently an active charity trustee.
From the Highlands Victoria believes in offering local delivery opportunities. Through Active Advantage she gets the opportunity to travel throughout Scotland regularly which she loves. She loves working with different people, sports and places.
Victoria is a contractor with sportscotland focusing on the Sport Educator Framework and Lead Mentor with the SDS Young Start programme. Formerly she was the Head of Education for a Scottish Governing Body of Sport.
Victoria feels privileged to have managed two programmes for Scottish Disability Sport that won national awards:
UK Coaching Award for ‘Coaching for An Active Life’ 2020
sportscotland Award for ‘Transforming Coaching’ 2019
Victoria worked alongside an inspiring group of professional staff, volunteers and participants from
whom she learned so much.
